2. Text Processing & Data Collection

Any input text, code snippets, or document attachments loaded into this converter are stored exclusively in your browser's temporary memory (RAM) or local state cache.

  • No Server Database: We do not operate databases to log or review user-supplied content.
  • No Remote API Audits: String manipulations, case changes, space cleanups, and regex operations are compiled locally using browser script scopes.

3. Speech Recognition & Voice Dictation

Our application implements speech-to-text dictation and text-to-speech reading.

  • Web Speech API: Voice recognition relies on your browser's built-in engine. Depending on the browser software you use (e.g. Google Chrome, Apple Safari), voice audio buffers might be transcribed using the browser's integrated speech engine. Please review your browser provider's local speech service privacy guidelines.
  • Local Audio Files (.mp4 / .mp3): Dragging and dropping video/audio files for transcription runs a locally-compiled automatic speech recognition model (OpenAI Whisper) completely inside your browser via WebAssembly. The audio tracks are decoded locally and never sent over the web.

4. Local Storage & Preferences

We use HTML5 `localStorage` variables to store interface configurations (such as dark mode preferences and active text modifiers accordion states). You can clear this data at any time by resetting your browser site data or clearing your cookie cache.

5. Cookies and Google Analytics

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not integrate profiling advertisements. If we monitor site volume metrics, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytical aggregates that respect "Do Not Track" browser directives.
